Dato’ Prof. Dr Jim Khor Mun Wei brings almost three decades of leadership and industry experience with Hong Leong Yamaha Motor Sdn Bhd (HLYM), where he began his career on 11 November 1991 as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Over the years, he developed a broad and well-rounded understanding of the business through key roles across quality assurance, parts and service, manufacturing operations, and sales and marketing. He was promoted to Managing Director of HLYM in 2015 and served in this capacity until 2026. He is also the Group Managing Director of Hong Leong Industries Berhad (HLI), a position he was promoted to on 1 August 2020. Dato’ Prof. Dr Jim Khor Mun Wei graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Glamorgan University, United Kingdom, and obtained his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of South Australia in 2009. He further earned his Doctorate in Business Administration from the Binary University of Management and Entrepreneurship on 12 January 2022. In recognition of his professional and academic contributions, he was appointed as Adjunct Professor for the Faculty of Accountancy, Finance and Business of Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) on 1 July 2025.

Ms Sally Cheng Li Yong started her career in 2001 as an Account Executive at Lafarge Roofing Malaysia and took on the role of Senior Technical Sales at Boral Plasterboard in 2006 where she was promoted to Sales Manager in 2008. She joined the Gypsum division of Saint Gobain Malaysia as the National Sales Manager in 2012, managing the teams in Malaysia/Singapore and was subsequently promoted to Deputy Managing Director in 2014. In 2015, she joined Niro Ceramic Sales & Services Sdn Bhd as the General Manager of Domestic Project Sales and took over the whole domestic sales division in 2018. In 2020, she joined Mydecor Sdn Bhd as Managing Director before joining Guocera Sdn Bhd as Head of Commercial in March 2021 and was subsequently promoted to Managing Director in October 2021. Ms Sally Cheng graduated from the University of Science, Malaysia with a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Mass Communication.

Mr Loh graduated from the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical). He has over 30 years of experience with Hong Leong Yamaha Motor Sdn Bhd (“HLYM”), having built expertise in manufacturing operations and business management. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director on 1 March 2026, he served as General Manager, Manufacturing Operations. Throughout his career, Mr Loh has held senior leadership roles spanning plant management, supply chain management, procurement and vendor development. Earlier in his career, he gained broad functional exposure to cost planning, production operation and engineering project management, which provided a strong foundation for his subsequent leadership responsibilities across HLYM’s manufacturing operations.

Mr Goh Eng Tatt has over seven years of auditing experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He joined the Hong Leong Group in 2004, where he has held various finance roles of increasing responsibility over a period of 18 years. Previously, he held the Chief Financial Officer position at Southern Steel Berhad Group.
