HLI has various channels to receive non-compliance incidents and established procedures and processes to investigate the incidents. All information received will be brought to the BARMC and the results of the investigation will be presented to and deliberated by the BARMC for a resolution, including remedial actions, if it is proven to be genuine.
HLI provides a confidential Whistleblowing Channel that allows the employees to report any incident of wrongdoing and breaches of its code or policies.
Our Corporate Governance process and structure are used to direct and manage the business and affairs of the company towards enhancing business prosperity and corporate accountability, with the ultimate objective of realising long-term shareholder value while taking into account the interests of other stakeholders.
